Personal Practice Scholarship Application for HTF Alum!

Please submit this application by Sunday night, March 21st in order to be considered. If your application is a good fit for the program, I will be in touch by e-mail on Monday in order to complete registration and/or set up a feeler call. The full price of the program is $1200 CAD upfront, $310 CAD x 4 months or $110 CAD x 12 months and you can find all the dates and other info you need here.
