Things to Note:

1) Sessions are between $75 and $150. If you have generational or personal assets (home ownership or savings ), go high. If you’re financially struggling to pay bills, go lower.

2) Your payment is due within 24 hours of booking your appointment to save your session time.

3) Cancellations with a full refund, and reschedules are welcome as long as you message me 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will receive a 50% refund, unless you are sick or there is another emergency. Thanks for your understanding and taking both your and my time seriously.

4) Though you're welcome to bring any subject appropriate to somatic work, these sessions are especially suited to sitting with the following subjects:

• war

• climate collapse

• ancestral trauma

• near death experiences

• feeling dead inside

• death or critical illness of loved ones or self
